REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts30days.We understand the challenges of selecting personal items online. Therefore, all orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund. **Returns and exchanges are not accepted for damage due to normal wear and tear. Please note that most jade bracelets (unused) can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is not included. Additional service fees, such as shipping and gift wrapping, are not refundable.
Important Note: Due to the complex formation and mineralization of natural jade, each piece of jade may exhibit different colors. Each jade may have unique characteristics, such as shape, color, fuzz, texture, and black or white spots. These are common characteristics of natural jade and are not product defects. Please note!
However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the item is in stock, we will issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned item.
Please note that after an exchange, the item is no longer eligible for a refund. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Special sale items are final. Please note that these items are not returnable or exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items must be in their original packaging.
Return labels are only provided for defective products within our policy period.
Return shipping costs depend on the weight of the product, your shipping location, and the courier method you choose.

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange them for an identical item, please email contact@jadebraceletshop.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receiving the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will then review your return.
Unlabeled Returns
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
You may use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to keep this tracking number for your records. JadeBraceletShop is not responsible for packages lost in transit via untracked carriers.
